(1) Successful Start-up of the 30kt/a Food-Grade Liquid Carbon Dioxide Production Unit at Fujian Shaowu Fertilizer Plant The 30kt/a food-grade liquid carbon dioxide production unit at Fujian Shaowu Fertilizer Plant, constructed by our company, was successfully commissioned in August 2008. The product purity was tested by the National Chemical Industry Gas Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and found to be 99.99%. and all other indicators fully meet the standards of the International Soft Drink Association (ISBT) and the national standard (GB10621-2006). The production unit is currently operating normally, with all consumption indicators meeting design requirements. It produces over 100 tons of food-grade liquid carbon dioxide daily, with stable performance indicators, and the product is in high demand in the market.

(2) Successful Start-up of Fujian Haihui Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 20kt/a Food-Grade Carbon Dioxide Production Unit Fujian Haihui Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Fujian Yongchun Fertilizer Plant) successfully commissioned its new 20kt/a food-grade liquid carbon dioxide production unit in September 2008. The project was designed and constructed by our company, with all performance indicators meeting design requirements. This marks yet another successful application of our internationally certified food-grade carbon dioxide production technology and patented equipment within a fertilizer enterprise. Leveraging their solid professional technical knowledge and extensive on-site commissioning experience, our technical service engineers promptly identified conditions unfavorable to the commissioning of the food-grade CO₂ unit, offered recommendations, and corrected them after thorough communication with the client. They also provided professional pre-job training to operators to prevent the recurrence of issues such as decarbonization and load reduction causing coal gas backflow, which leads to unstable hydrocarbon content in the feed gas, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the unit system.

(3) Successful Start-up of the 20kt/a Food-Grade Liquid Carbon Dioxide Production Unit, Converted from an Industrial-Grade Carbon Dioxide Unit at Shanxi Tianyu Gas Co., Ltd. In response to customer needs and the current state of the carbon dioxide market, our company retrofitted the original industrial-grade carbon dioxide production unit at Shanxi Tianyu Gas Co., Ltd., adding key processes such as hydrocarbon removal, ensuring that the resulting food-grade liquid carbon dioxide meets both the National Standard (GB10621-2006) and the International Soft Drink Association (ISBT) standard, specifically: total hydrocarbons <50 ppm (with non-methane hydrocarbons not exceeding 20 ppm) and benzene <0.02 ppm (20 ppb). The unit was successfully commissioned at the end of September this year and has met design specifications. Based on their confidence in our company’s patented technology and equipment, the client commissioned a new 50kt/a food-grade liquid carbon dioxide production unit in October 2008, which is currently under construction.
